Northwest Coaches, Volunteers, and Families!

This year Northwest Youth Baseball and Softball has partnered with World’s Finest Chocolate for our yearly fundraiser. Help us Help Your Team! Prizes will be awarded to the top four sellers in addition to an end of the year team Pizza party for the team that raises the most money!

Where does all the money go?

Each year, we fundraise to ensure that we are able to provide the best on field product that we can to our players. Many of the costs that we sustain exceed the total revenue that we receive from player registrations and concessions. We use fundraising and donation opportunities to offset these expenses.

Common Costs:  Equipment on the field: Pitching Machines, portable pitching mounds, chalk to line the fields, baseballs for each coach to practice with, and baseballs for game days, L-Screens to protect our coaches, and umpire fees

How do you get involved?

  • Coaches, Volunteers, and Parents can come to the board room to pick up a box of chocolate.
  • Each box of chocolate must be signed out and verified.
  • A box contains 30 of the large size chocolate bars
  • Chocolate bars are to be sold for $2 each
  • Once you have sold all 30 chocolate bars, you are to return the envelope provided back to the board room with $60 enclosed.
  • If you so desire, you may then check out an additional box, and continue this process until all of the boxes have been sold.

What if I don’t sell all of my bars?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept chocolate bars back once they have been signed out.
  • When you sign out the box of chocolate, you are taking responsibility for the 60 dollar cost of the box regardless of the circumstance.
  • Once the product is checked out, you are responsible for it; this would include melting, smashing, and yes even if your dog eats it! Remember, if you are hot, so is your Chocolate!

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please stop by the board room, or contact your league director! We look forward to ongoing partnership and great successes here at Northwest!
